FELICE BRASSERIE
When concept consultant Tolga Atalay and his dear old friend Mehmet Nebi Sinop come to creating a place and picking a name they keep in mind, the local feel of where they are bringing their concept. The Sliema seaside is an area full of smiling faces. Tolgas friend Mehmet said to him… “lets choose a name that reflects the feeling of peace, happiness and joy you see on the visitors faces when they are here…” and “Felice” was born. Literally meaning happiness, joy and peace, it fit perfectly.
FELICE BRASSERIE
Influenced by the unique blue of the Maltese sea and the sandstone texture of its historic structures concept consultant Tolga Atalay and architect Asli Dagalti Dilsiz created an all day brasserie in the city of Sliema with a quiet, modern, next generation feel inspired by the Maltas one of a kind beauty. The venue offers 200 seat, a private dining room at its 50 meter long seaside location.

In addition to being one of the most well known specialty coffee spots on the island, “Felice” also offers a full variety gin bar operated by expert mixologists, Neapolitan pizza, a wood fired grill and homemade desserts. “Felice” is a real one stop flavor spot for everyone. We use a unique cocktail of specialty woods in our grills that are one of a kind. We’ve even added French toast and egg royal to bring more innovative and international items to our expansive menu.
